Welcome to Charlie Chiang's Restaurants in Washington DC. We opened our first restaurant in Alexandria, Virginia, in September 1976. At each of our nine other locations, we strive to provide our patrons with our contemporary interpretation of traditional Chinese cuisine prepared to your individual taste and served in an intimate setting, with an emphasis on exemplary yet unobtrusive service. We use only the freshest ingredients and the finest of seasonings and spices.

Because of the expertise of our chefs (who among them possess more than a century of experience), we have been able to create healthy cuisine, while maintaining the pleasures involved in an exceptional dining experience. We offer both vegetarian and low-sodium menus upon request and would be very happy to prepare any entree according to your request.
