Master Chef Steve Jou offers traditional Chinese cuisine and new dishes inspired by the very old. Pyng Ho also has a good selection of red and white wines with most by the glass. Cooking classes are also available; Chef Jou teaches Chinese cooking in easy-to-follow steps where youll learn about seasoning and techniques in presentation.
