Uburger was founded on the premise that high-quality and fresh ingredients make a huge difference! Our vision was based on the concept of freshness in an industry that has evolved into something far from it. Give people a fresh, high-quality alternative to fast food and serve them the food they love prepared in a manner and with ingredients they can't just get anywhere. All of our burgers are made using 100 percent USDA approved beef ground daily in-house at Uburger. There are no additives, preservatives, or fillers added to the freshly hand-packed patties. Our burgers never meet a freezer or heat lamp -- and they never will! As a matter of fact, there are no heat lamps or microwaves located on the premises. We'd like to see what other burger joint can say that! But our commitment to serve fresh, high-quality food extends beyond our burgers and encompasses our entire menu. Our fries are made using Idaho potatoes and are hand cut and cooked in zero trans fat vegetable oil. Our onion rings are hand sliced, hand battered and cooked to order. Our salads are made using the freshest vegetable, and are prepared on-site daily. And our frappes (also known as shakes to non-New Englanders) are made using real local ice cream, fresh milk, and traditional syrup -- all perfectly blended to order while you wait. Our frappes are the only reason we even own a freezer! We have to store that ice cream somewhere! Dash charges an online service premium.
