Fresh okra pan-roasted with onion, ginger, and garlic

Pan roasted lamb cooked with crackle mustard seeds, cloves, and asafetida in mustard oil. Add the whole red chilies, cumin seeds, nigella (kalonji), jaggery (gur), ginger, garlic, and lemon juice and stir. Served on hot plate.

Marinated chicken with yoghurt, lemon juice, red chili, allspice, onion, seeds, and ginger/garlic paste. Cooked with fried onion, potatoes, and masala paste. Garnished with boiled egg and coriander.

Large shrimp cooked with onion, pepper, coconut, spice, and honey.
